2. Sell the 14mm f2.5 lens on ebay.co.uk for £170.

3. Wait for the £30 voucher Amazon will send you after dispatching the item. Yes, it's not exactly cash, but I'd easily include Amazon vouchers in EU M3 Money supply...
And you'll have to add an UK address to your address book at Amazon. Surely no problem...
