Ricardo Porto, amateur street portrait photographer and wannabe photo blogger, died September 25, 2015, at his home in Porto, Portugal.

Ricardo had been shooting strangers in the streets of Porto for the last 5 years, a hobby-turned-crusade as he would say. Most of his pictures were posed portraits; he'd choose people that he found interesting and would ask them for a pic.

For 4 years, 10 months, 27 days he published daily on his blog. His portraits were always captioned with the street address where the picture took place and a brief description of what caught his attention. You can read his crude Manifesto right here.

Not much more is known about Ricardo, and no photographs of him have ever surfaced.
